Return & Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at order@n1bottles.com with your order number.
2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
